scent of new flowers, and henna
enchanting, alluring
spring of life gushing.
This fascinating union
of Sharif and Hameed
adding a new daughter here
and a new son there
as Sana and Asif tie the knot.
Mothers, siblings, friends
experiencing moments of joy, ecstasy
at this blissful event.
And I am asking the Lord:
Bestow upon them, Your blessings,
unlimited abundance of love,
devotion, loyalty, trust
and all that comes with such a union.
Fill their heart and home
with laughter and harmony,
make it a heaven on earth.
